Well, today i was helping a friend out with his account. He has had this account ever since he made it on his trip to polony, and unforutnatly he needs to change his email for certain reasons..
He has verified the last four of his credit card and the name of the person, etc etc.
We have submitted 2 suport tickets so far, 3882-5558744 being the newest one and #3882-5550308 being the one that was closed.

I do not have access to any of his account, i am simply posting the support tickets on here seeing as they do not disclose any major personal information, all he needs is for his email adress to be changed so he can perform a nation transfer.

The reason for the email adress change is because he is unable to access his previous email adress, and the account is unable to be verified for this reason, without being able to verify it he cannot create a seal/unsel password, secret questions or anything, because the email key cannot be retrieved, because of the fact he cannot access his email (vicious circle).

I am not blaming anyone, i think K2 is doing a fine job, unfortuantly i tried calling thier irvine office and was unable to reach a live person, after several attempts i "gave up".

I am posting for a friend, this is nothing new, mostly because although he speaks english he can't really explain things as well as i can.

once more, let me emphsize on the fact that i have no access what so ever to his accounts and he has no access to mine, he just wants his email adress changed so he can nation transfer and secure his account before it is compremized.
